The lack of respect for their belongings was was blatant. Items were put into a storage unit With no concern for structure or the potential to damage. A couple of their items were taken over to a neighbor's house and left in their yard instead of packed because supposedly there wasn't room to pack it. There were several items that have been broken and items that were packed professionally by them were tossed in boxes . I wished I could give them a review. I had set up a small move out of Assisted Living back home. I was told originally it would be around noon as they had a small job to take care of and I should stay by the phone. So I stayed by the phone all day. At 2 pm I called and was assured they will get it done today. I again called at 4:30. Same answer. By 5:30 I started panicking as it had to be ... More
