Immediately upcharged me saying my car was "excessively dirty" which it wasn't. There was no trash in my car, no major stains. I asked him where it was extremely dirty and he said he would need to use a small brush to clean in the crevices. Isn't that the point of detailing vs going to a regular carwash? The website also mentioned "minor tree sap removal" for the package I selected. I had one drip of tree sap I asked him to remove and he wouldn't because he didn't have the tool (and "it wasn't part of my package"). So which one is it? Later said the website shouldn't say that at all. On the upside, the car looks nice and they were nice guys, but don't advertise something you don't want to do. He stayed to fix a few other concerns I had and wanted ensure I was happy but still was unable to complete everything advertised.
