My massage with Mindy was excellent! I received communication ahead of time with a reminder and the suite location. Mindy did a fantastic job of working on my problem areas and any new issues to give extra attention and care to help with healing, including focused massage and specialized therapeutic oils. She also had ideas to share on extra items I could try at home to help with my problem areas, which was great. Overall a great experience and I left my appointment feeling awesome.

Mindy and her staff are absolutely amazing. I’ve had so many massages in the valley with different massage places and Mindy was the only one that actually relieved pain and discomfort I had with my shoulder and my tennis elbow. 1000% recommend en spa.
