We contacted Precision when our church was facing a major bat infestation in our attic. We estimated that at least 1,000 bats had been living there for quite some time, and the situation had become increasingly serious—not only because of the number of bats, but also because the odor was becoming overwhelming.Before finding Precision, we had received a quote from another company for more than $230,000, and we were still expected to provide some of the equipment they would need to complete the work. Needless to say, we were extremely concerned about both the cost and the scope of the project.Fortunately, we found Precision. Even though our church was located outside their normal service area, they were willing to come take a look at our situation. From the very beginning, we were impressed by their professionalism, willingness to help, and commitment to doing the job right.Precision didn't simply remove the bats. They sealed the church to prevent the bats from getting back inside as they exited, completely cleaned and restored our attic, and returned several times to make absolutely certain that every bat was gone. They took the time to do the job thoroughly rather than simply treating the immediate problem.Today, the bats are gone, the odor is gone, and our attic has been thoroughly cleaned and restored. Even more impressive, Precision completed the entire project for less than half of the other company's quote, and we didn't have to provide any of the equipment.Our church is a large and beautiful historic building, and preserving it for future generations is extremely important to us. My experience with Precision Pest & Wildlife from the first contact with Whitney, the initial visit, inspection, and estimate by Averey to today's work sealing possible squirrel entry locations around the roof (10 in all) by Chase, has been exceptionally professional. Whitney's cheerful conversation with me when I made my initial phone call to schedule an appointment provided a terrific first impression to the company. Averey's inspection of the attic and roof included pictures of vulnerable entry places he found. I appreciated being able to see what he was describing, and with the photos, I was assured that his evaluation and estimate for the cost to complete the job were fair. He explained everything he had done for the inspection and then what would be the next steps. There was no hurry to his presentation and he made certain I understood the entire process and that I understood the calendar of work and the payment plan. His professional manner convinced me that I had chosen the best company for the job. Averey scheduled the appointment for technicians to come to do the work before he left my house. He was here for 2 1/2 hours! Two days later, Chase and a second technician were on the roof sealing 9 holes and installing a one-way device that allows the squirrel to exit but not re-enter to the 10th hole. They were at work for a good 4 hours.! Before starting work and again at the end of the day, Chase explained exactly what would be done and then what would be the next step to completion. Like Averey, Chase made certain that I understood everything he explained and gave me time to ask questions. Then they walked around the house to make certain they had picked up all materials that may have dropped during installation and that my yard was as clean as when they arrived. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Our first contact with them was at a a community event at their new location. They were so friendly and inviting.When we moved to our new place they were one of the first ones I called about pest control and treating our yard for mosquitos. There I’ve spoken with Whitney several times and every time she has been very polite and professional and able to get us scheduled pretty quickly. The technician that came out was also very friendly and professional. She was efficient in treating all the areas.I’m very pleased with the services we’ve received so far and it is so nice to be able to sit outside without being bitten by mosquitos!

Whitney, Liv, and Connor have been such a delight helping us navigate the new world of insects and spiders we have experienced since moving to Newburgh. Connor has answered calls at very off hours when I expected to reach an office recording, Whitney has worked to schedule us as quickly as possible each time we have had activity between routine services, and Liv has worked hard trying to find the most effective solution to help us rid the formerly vacant home of spiders, while patiently dealing with an endless pile of boxes from moving.
