I had a torn rotator cuff. After the injury I had spent several months letting it rest and rehabbing at home, but injured it again. This left me in so much pain I was certain I would require surgery. The Softwave therapy was a life saver. I was very skeptical at first but started noticing a difference after a few sessions. My shoulder is almost completely healed and I won’t need surgery.

The doctor provided a very thorough explaination of softwave therapy. She reviewed all my medical documentation and pointed me to a different doctor for a secondary issue I had for 2 years. I may have been going to the wrong specialists for my secondary issue.

I have been dealing with frozen shoulder for over 8 months and decided to give Soft Wave a try. It troubles me to leave a negative review for Dr. Kim and her staff as they are the most pleasant and delightful team!Unfortunately, after receiving adjustments from Dr. Kim I have damage to both my left and right rotator cuffs. What frustrates me most is that I went for lower back pain and left with tremendous constant pain in my shoulders and biceps. I have now seen an orthopedic surgeon who is advising me that it is possible that i will need surgery on both shoulders! (6-9 month recovery for each shoulder.After 2 months of treatments I stopped going but finally decided to go back and see Dr. Kim and express my displeasure and she was very sorry that I was experiencing this pain. After 3 weeks of sound wave treatments the level of pain improved briefly but it came right back.Again, I came in for my lower back and now I have chronic pain in both shoulders that ranges from a 3-4 to a 9-10 depending on how I move or extend my arms.I consider my decision to get adjusted for the first time ever was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. I would not wish this pain on anyone!

From the moment I arrive for my appointment it gives you a great impression, Steph very nice and courteous,,always the waiting time is less than 5 min, Dr Kimberly is a well-informed physician, saw my Rx results and explained how the machine could help me, well after the second session of treatment my pain went down a lot, I am very happy with the treatments
