I’ve been coming to Optiskyn to use the red light bed since November 2025 and I don’t regret it, not even a smidge! When I first started seeing things about red light therapy I was like “Wait, is this the answer to the nonstop taking of Tylenol that I do?!” I was leery at first, but what do i have to lose? I’m sure my liver would appreciate the break of Tylenol. Eek. I went to multiple places and was super discouraged at the prices and “packages” they were offering up. We aren’t hurting for money, but it doesn’t mean we can afford to pay out the wazoo for some red light therapy. SomeOf the prices for small packages were jaw dropping. Like some places charged 130-150 per session… I just wanted to have some pain relief… is that too much to ask?! lol. Super discouraged, I just kept on, keeping up with my best friend Tylenol( who was more of a fair-weather friend at this point in time) til Optiskyn popped up on my feed on Instagram and I did my research on the business along with looking at the prices which were unbelievable to me!!! Yvonne(who is the GOAT) offers different levels of memberships. One worth mentioning is at 4 sessions for 129.00! Remember earlier when I said some charge that for a single?😂😂 I was like is this a misprint?! Cause that’s AMAZING!!!!! They were too good to be true! Lol. They were actually going to be sustainable and not break the bank! Something I could keep up for as long as I wanted to. Fast forward to present day of regular red light therapy with the most outstanding bed and room that I’ve yet to see beat. She has a panel on the head of the bed that can be used for neuropathy on the feet or for extra scalp stimulation for hair growth (I went through menopause early, so much appreciated) she has this sound therapy you can use that makes the bed the most calming experience ever while you lay there soaking in the red light. You just can float away and relax mentally(yeah, I found it can help with anxiety) it also has a toggle that can adjust and close the bed while in it so, if claustrophobic, this bed is for you!😂) Let me give you my closing statement on Optiskyn… I have gotten so I take a single Tylenol maybe once a month, if that, since starting my red light journey, which is crazy to me! I mean, there are so many benefits to it, but being in less pain daily is def my cup o’ tea. Enough of my babble, I would def say check it out if you’re wanting to dabble in the arts of red light therapy:) I’m an Optiskyn lifer💝
