We were in search of a buyer's agent to guide us in buying a home in Denver. We are not residents in Denver so we needed an agent who really understood the varied neighborhoods and could provide valued feedback. I have also had experience with agents trying to rush you through the buying process. They say every home is great and discount any concerns you might have. All in an effort to rush the process and close something fast. We needed an agent with integrity and the willingness to put in the time to help without pressure to make a rash decision. Many just like to sign you up to get alerts on homes and call it a day. We struck gold in finding Adam. We found him through his Utube channel. I watched many Denver agent's channels but there was something about Adam and his style that made me think he is the right fit. Again, we were not in Denver but when a home came on the market that looked interesting, he would promptly visit, create a walk-through video and even drone footage if it made sense. He would give us his HONEST opinion about the homes, pros and cons. I really felt like I had a partner in this process vs a traditional agent. I can also attest to what a genuine and nice person Adam is. A person you will feel comfortable with at all times. We ultimately found an awesome home, one that Adam visited in our absence and provided videos to help us decide. Even though the home has now closed, he is still assisting us happily with some misc items. I find myself actively promoting Adam and his services to friends and family that may be looking for a home in the near future. My opinion is that you should meet with Adam and get a sense of his character and how he can help you in buying or selling a home. Less
