I am very impressed and pleased with the quality and strength of the course's content and presentation. I have used or assessed many modelling resources over time and this is by far the best structured and most relevant to real estate and UK practice. I particularly like how the courses clearly and logically set out the relevant theory at the start of each module, then move onto application and practice, with industry examples and references and practise worksheets. The community features and discussions are also very useful. Thank you!

As an experienced Real Estate Analyst, I can highly recommend the Excel in Property Academy for anyone looking to upskill in this area. The training caters for both those with limited financial modelling knowledge up to and including those like myself who work professionally in the UK Real Estate industry but are looking to further develop their expertise. The training is clear and informative and the team were also there to answer my questions when I needed which was super helpful.
