I visited this establishment approximately a year ago for eyebrow threading, and I will never return. The older woman performing my daughter's service was visibly irritated, impatient, and extremely unprofessional. During the procedure, my daughter's skin was peeled around her eyebrows, yet instead of showing concern or taking responsibility, the employee repeatedly blamed her for supposedly not sitting still, even though I witnessed the entire interaction. As a mother, I found her behavior completely unacceptable. Every customer, especially a child, deserves patience, kindness, and respect. This experience destroyed my trust in this establishment, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Went once and came back with the rest of my family including my older kids. I wont be changing eyebrow techs. Doesn't matter who does the brows, they all do a great job. Found a gem. 🥰

As clients for a few years now, it is very unfortunate to say that we will no longer be taking our business here . Today my partner and I walked in per usual to do our eyebrows. We were greeted by her son with a very unwelcoming attitude as he proceeded to ask what service we were needing . We let him know what we were there for and that we would like to wait for Zina. He straight out said “No, she has employees now for a reason , you cannot go with her there’s already 3 people waiting for her.” I felt the way he approached it was extremely unwelcoming , uncomfortable, flat out disrespectful & rude . We kindly advised him we’d come back another time if we were not going to be able to see Zina for the services and he blatantly said “ok great have a good day.” I don’t think that’s a way to approach a customer , and I think it’s also very poor customer service to just let the customer walk out the way we did . This isn’t the first time something similar happens here at this establishment. They do a great job , but unfortunately they just lost two customers.
