We have just had our first annual central heating boiler contract service. This was carried by Dan. I have to say that BBI services, personnel and communications are excellent in all departments. Full marks to Dan for being prompt, polite and a very personable young man. I am delighted we used BBI for Installation and use them for subsequent services.

Thank you to Jason and Jack for getting us our hot water back and arranging a payment plan that works for us, great work lads!Update: they broke the temperature dial off a radiator and wanted another £110 to replace it (they're £6 online) they argue it's old and brittle and so they shouldn't have to do it, nice.
