Stacy negotiated the buyers up to the point where we got exactly what we expected. We got through the buying process with ease - any time there was a hint that things might not go smoothly, Stacy just dealt with it. My view is that there are lots of important parts of the selling process - staging, marketing etc. I feel that many of the top Tenafly brokers will do a comparable job when it comes to these thing. A lot of that comes down to preference.
