We went to visit ANC and weren’t allowed to drive in (this wasn’t posted on the site) and had someone who has ambulation issues who never could have made the walk. They were from out of state and this was possibly the last opportunity they had to visit their parents grave. I called last minute and had delivery within 30 minutes. They also picked up within 30 minutes of a phone call. I did have to rent for the 3 day minimum (which was specified by the website prior to my call so I expected it) but it wasn’t extremely unreasonable cost-wise and the delivery/pickup was included. They were extremely polite and prompt. Happy we were able to provide our friend with a final visit despite running into issues at arrival. So we were very pleased with our interaction. Less
