We recently used this service in DC for my dad who is disabled and can't walk. We needed a power wheelchair and transport from/to Dulles airport. Jebessa showed up on time to take us from the airport to our hotel and provided a decent wheelchair for my dad to get around. He was also early taking us to the airport. He provided excellent communication throughout the process of booking and consistently responded to any questions I had. I highly recommend his service.
