I cannot recommend this business and Jebassa more highly. I needed to rent a scooter for the weekend for my 86 y.o. mother so we could get around to museums, the theater etc. We have tried a lot of scooters and the specific features were important - I had a lot of questions on the phone -- would I be able to lift it into the car, how many pieces to disassemble, would the battery last for our needs, etc. Jebassa patiently answered my questions and he clearly knew what he was talking about. He then arranged delivery exactly to fit my narrow schedule (to which I was then 20 min late and he patiently waited and texted me) and likewise was very accommodating on pick up. The scooter worked perfectly for my mother and me - it made all the difference for a really meaningful weekend for us. We will definitely go back to Jebassa next time.

We recently used this service in DC for my dad who is disabled and can't walk. We needed a power wheelchair and transport from/to Dulles airport. Jebessa showed up on time to take us from the airport to our hotel and provided a decent wheelchair for my dad to get around. He was also early taking us to the airport. He provided excellent communication throughout the process of booking and consistently responded to any questions I had. I highly recommend his service.

Express Mobility delivered and picked up my scooter on time. Staff was very professional and helpful. Everything worked seamlessly. I really appreciated the fact that when I called the company, I spoke to a live person and did not have to speak to AI!
