Kyle was speedy and provided me with great information about the electrical work, I just had completed. I didn't mention the recent electrical work, so I trust that Kyle knows what he is talking about. The renter just told me that the Heating and A/C wasn't working. The furnace was just installed Nov. 2021, so I knew there couldn't be a problem with the furnace. I am very grateful for Kyle, this is my first time using this company and I will now request Kyle to do my biannual inspections. on my heating and A/C units. The electrician is returning and I will make sure someone double checks the electrician's work-this time. It's hard to receive honest, quality work and Kyle did not have to share any additional information with me. I am humble and grateful for the good people that still exist! Great work! Very nice people to work with! Came out on a Saturday when my sump crapped out on me. Austin was awesome! Very professional and did great work. He was in and out for the sump replacement. Will definitely call again if I need plumbing work done.

Tony was the technician who came to do the A/C tuneup. He was very professional, knowledgeable and a down to earth genuinely nice gentleman. I have never been unsatisfied with any of the technicians who have came to my home. Thank you for being a trustworthy company!

SouthTowne Plumbing came out 2 times in a week for me. The first time was for a busted pipe and the other time was for a check up. Both times Austin Strong came out and provided excellent service. The service was really great that we decided to sign up for the family member plan for 1 year.
