I had such a great experience with Jacob from SouthTowne Plumbing Heating & Cooling.He was extremely informative, personable, professional, and efficient. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job and making sure the homeowner understands what’s going on, which I really appreciated.SouthTowne is a newer company to me that I had never heard of before, so I was a little hesitant at first. I’m so glad I agreed to have them come out! Jacob made the entire experience easy and comfortable, and I never felt pressured.They also have some great introductory offers on their maintenance plans. As a single woman owning a home, having the peace of mind that my heating, air conditioning, and plumbing are being professionally monitored and maintained is absolutely worth the money to me.I’m really impressed with SouthTowne so far, and especially with Jacob. Highly recommendBrady did an awesome job preforming semi-annual system check. He found an issue and addressed it. It was covered under the service contract. He made sure everything was up to specifications, explaining everything as he went. Brady is very personable and respectful of us and the property.

Austin, Mark, and Terry are truly amazing! We woke up to a leak in our kitchen from a second floor bathroom and Austin came and was able to find the source, stop the leak, and put together a plan of action. Once we were ready to move forward, Mark and Terry were able to replace the pipe and complete the work. They all had great communication and were so kind and communicative throughout the process.So thankful for the peace of mind and kindness they provided, we will continue to use them for our needs and recommend them to friends and family!

Jordan, Southtowne Tech, did a thorough walk through of our facility and explained in great detail what everything was and what was needed to fix our HVAC issue. He got us a quote that day. I called for an A/C tune up and I'm glad I did. Oak showed up and was very knowledgeable and courteous. He found mold growing above our A-coil and was able to install a Premier ultraviolet system and a electronic air filter to help purify our air. He also installed a hard start kit to help save our compressor.
