The technician Mr. Shockley fixed the leak in the line & refilled the refrigerant and explained how the thermostat worked so hopefully the heat pump will keep working.He said he would be back when the temperature is warmer to set the heat pump to run more efficient. Thanks for a good job done.

Glen was very knowledgeable and helpful!With a new furnace only a year old, the temperature in my sisters house was not enough to meet a comfortable temperature. It was requiring three extra space heaters.In one visit, Glen was able to make minor adjustments that provided warmth and comfort that is making a difference. After a complete evaluation, his suggestions have provided options that will help us to maintain the life of the furnace and continue to have a healthy environment.
