Glyn was friendly and courteous. Did the required work to great satisfaction. We discussed additional issue that I was having with my HVAC system. I was very impressed with his knowledge. I will request him by name when I call back next spring/summer to address the discussed issue.

Scott was great, very friendly and in and out quick for a tuneup that was included with my subscription.

Scott arrived early (called in advance to ask if okay), and was thorough with the service. He replaced the humidifier pan and cleaned out the unit outside. He even wore shoe covers inside to not track in dirt. Would recommend!

Our relationship with Southtowne started because another HVAC company didn’t fix a problem we had with a new furnace they installed. Southtowne sent someone out right away. The tech was here for 2 hrs checking the new furnace and the old furnace, we have two. They fixed the problem and gave us an estimate on replacing the old furnace. We decided to hire Southtowne to replace our old furnace. During the installation by Southtowne we had some concerns that were addressed IMMEDIATELY ! We now have two new HVAC systems that work as they should and we will continue to use Southtowne to maintain both systems. We can’t recommend Southtowne enough, they might be a little more expensive but believe me it’s more than worth it for the peace of mind. Thank you Southtowne for delivering on every promise you made and then some !

I had an issue with the toilet, the only one in the house. It was a holiday weekend and after calling two other establishments that could not help me I called SouthTowne. I am so glad I did. They were able to get To me first thing in the morning. Can’t speak more highly of my tech Austin S. He was punctual, polite and personable. So happy I reached out to this company!

I had such a great experience with Jacob from SouthTowne Plumbing Heating & Cooling. He was extremely informative, personable, professional, and efficient. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job and making sure the homeowner understands what’s going on, which I really appreciated.SouthTowne is a newer company to me that I had never heard of before, so I was a little hesitant at first. I’m so glad I agreed to have them come out! Jacob made the entire experience easy and comfortable, and I never felt pressured. They also have some great introductory offers on their maintenance plans. As a single woman owning a home, having the peace of mind that my heating, air conditioning, and plumbing are being professionally monitored and maintained is absolutely worth the money to me.I’m really impressed with SouthTowne so far, and especially with Jacob. If this is the kind of service they provide, I’m happy to have found a company I can trust and highly recommend!

He made sure everything was up to specifications, explaining everything as he went. Brady is very personable and respectful of us and the property.

Austin, Mark, and Terry are truly amazing! We woke up to a leak in our kitchen from a second floor bathroom and Austin came and was able to find the source, stop the leak, and put together a plan of action. Once we were ready to move forward, Mark and Terry were able to replace the pipe and complete the work. They all had great communication and were so kind and communicative throughout the process. So thankful for the peace of mind and kindness they provided, we will continue to use them for our needs and recommend them to friends and family!

Southtowne scheduled an appointment for us within one day of calling. Jordan, Southtowne Tech, did a thorough walk through of our facility and explained in great detail what everything was and what was needed to fix our HVAC issue. He got us a quote that day. It was a pleasure working with someone who truly knows and enjoys their trade. We will be using them from here on out.

I called for an A/C tune up and I'm glad I did. Oak showed up and was very knowledgeable and courteous. He found mold growing above our A-coil and was able to install a Premier ultraviolet system and a electronic air filter to help purify our air. He also installed a hard start kit to help save our compressor.

Jacob R. came to service my new furnace and was fabulous..! He went above and beyond with his service, even added a little freon because the system was a little bit..! I can't say enough about everything he did and checked and I would like to request him as my service manager every 6 months on my family plan..
