Had an outside hose bibb that was stuck replaced with a new one. It involved getting in the crawlspace where the plumbing was. Service tech was Austin S who did an excellent job with this as well as a maintenance check on our 1 year old tankless water heater. Appreciated Austin's technical expertise and knowledge plus professional demeanor. He also provided photos of the pipes in the crawlspace, some of which had issues. Had a leaking valve supplying our toilet. Austin diagnosed the problem and replaced the valve. The old valve had been improperly installed which caused the supply line to be damaged. Austin corrected this and installed a new line between the valve and toilet. Very personable and professional.
