My 36 year HVAC system went out in the mist of a 90+ degree week. Kevin came out to look at it, but it was beyond repair. I knew it was time to replace it. Kevin and crew were on site and replacing my whole system within 4 days. Kevin was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the whole process to me and what needed to be updated. There were some duct flaws from my 36 year old unit that needed to be corrected. Kevin and crew were clean, efficient and 100% professional. After initial text exchanges with Kevin to get quotes on 2 mini split installs, when I told him I'd like to set up a day/time for him to come by and do a walk through so we can discuss options, he never responded. Over 2 weeks later, and still no response. My concern is if it's this tough to possibly do initial business, will it be just as tough to get service once the work is paid for. Disappointing as it looked like he had good reviews.

We all hate that moment when we need an hvac company to come fix our system… Not once but twice have we used this great company. Kevin was polite and very knowledgeable both times. Not only that but it’s just generally hard to find someone who actually cares and pays attention to the small details. Thank you so much for not only coming out in the dead of winter but also in the dead smack of summer. If you are questioning on who to use I won’t recommend any other person besides Kevin.
