I was at work when the message came in to me that our house was 53°. I know enough to be somewhat effective, so I came home, did some research and felt like I was on the right path. My father-in-law slid me Kevin’s info just in case. I called him and he talked to me for a bit, just through some basic troubleshooting I had done, solidifying my small amount of confidence in myself. However, when I ran into a situation where I was worried about breaking a condensation trap, he skipped lunch, came over and helped me get it together. Just about an hour later, house is almost back up to 68° now and I appreciate his prompt response and help throughout the process. Would highly recommend.
