EXTREMELY DISGUSTING COSTUMER SERVICE!!.. Yesterday (June 26, 2025) I chanced to give a call to their location just to find out about one former family doctor, who used to work in that area, but instead, they questionably transferred me to that Dental care unit that is located right beside of it!.. So misunderstanding was only one tiny peace, but when I started to ask this transferred dental receptionist a question regarding it, as I was trying to speak with patience and calm, I was impatiently been interrupted and cheekily been rained by her personal questions, regarding my current doctor and so on.., as by the end it eventually turned out that I was indeed received the wrong transfer call, while she was suddenly and unmannerly (without letting me to say anything!) dropped her receiver like I was a total trash to speak with, you know?!..So in spite of what their surgeon does and how she/he great it does, the customer service should be that great as well, which by my own past experiences, was the right case, regardless, the choice is always up to you, but if I were you, I think you already know the right answer!.. Good luck!)

I’ve been coming to this practice for years and I’ve always been treated great by the staff. They are all hard working and very friendly. I had an issue recently with my new implant and Dr. Cowen spent a lot of extra time on making sure it fit perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide me on a continuous bases.

This is an absolutely brilliant dental practice. All the member of staff are caring and friendly. I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Cowan at Leaside Dental! After one of my rear teeth suddenly broke, she saw me quickly, was incredibly pleasant, and did an amazing job fixing it. The repair is seamless—you can’t even tell it was ever broken. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for excellent dental care!
