Rarely are customers provided the outstanding service that was received from Carlos, at Empire. He is a true gentleman... honest and knowledgeable. When he was finished with the windshield repair, you could not even see the damage. I strongly recommend his Company and would call him again for any glass damage.

I called around to see about getting my front windshield replaced because it was leaking at the top. I have a 05 Yukon and this is a very well know issue with these vehicles. The paint pulls away from the body then the water intrusion causes rust. He was upfront with me and told me that he would try to save the glass that was there but just in case would have a new one. I understand that sometimes the glass could be saved and others it does crack. He had great communication and was keeping me posted throughout the day. He came to my job and removed the old glass and showed me where the issue was. I had a good amount of rust but they were able to wire wheel/grind the areas that had issues. He finished the job before the time frame he told me it would take. Great company to deal with. Would recommend to others and hopefully I don’t need his service anytime soon but now I know who to call whenever I do.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I highly recommend this auto glass company! Carlos replaced my windshield about two weeks ago, and the entire process was quick, professional, and hassle-free.Recently, I went on a road trip and unfortunately got a crack in the windshield. I called Carlos, and he came out as soon as he could and fixed it completely free of charge. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days.Carlos stands behind his work, takes care of his customers, and genuinely cares about doing a good job. I’ll definitely be using him again and recommending him to anyone who needs auto glass work!

Mr. Carlos was amazing. Very fair pricing (I’m a broke kid, so you know this is legit lol), worked with me on scheduling and came on very short notice. He had a professional setup, was very personable, and was a super friendly guy. Did quick work and good work. The windshield looks amazing now and he was able to install it on my old ‘91 truck, something Safelite wasn’t even able to do. If you have any car, and specifically vintage cars like mine, I cannot recommend Empire enough. I will be working with them again.

Carlos did a great job not only replacing our windshield perfectly but also finding another rear view mirror to replace ours that had popped off and finding a way to put an interior panel back in that had popped off when we had tried to do it ourselves but couldn't.
