So when he plugged the calibrator the liquid started to leak all over the passenger seat. We tried to clean it but it wasn’t coming off, the liquid looked like a glue and it was looking really bad. So I reached out to Tyler and showed him the situation and since the beginning he was very attentive and willing to help us, but the glue was very sticky and we didn’t know if it was going to come off. In the end, even though it was a very difficult situation, he managed to clean up the entire mess and the seat now looks like a brand new one! We are so happy and grateful to Tyler and we’d like to recommend him to anyone! Less
