Running into Alex was a Godsend!!! I had a pipe leaking behind a wall because I had a pool of water puddling up in my hallway and I could hear water gushing from somewhere so I tried calling a bunch of plumbers to come by ASAP. This was a Saturday morning so everyone was booked. I stepped outside of my house to go grab some breakfast while I waited for the other plumbers to call me back and Alex was parked at my neighbors place doing work for my neighbor. I told him about my situation and he said as soon as he was done with my neighbor, he would come by and check out what was happening at my place.After a couple hours, he came by and checked out my situation. When we turned on the water from the main line, we could hear water gushing from behind a wall. So he cut open the wall and sure enough, we had a copper pipe that had a pinhole leak at the 90 degree elbow. It took him about an hour to get everything squared away and fixed!And about an hour after he finished up at my place, the other plumbers called and said they were 30 mins away. I said no thanks, I got the situation taken care of already. You snooze, you lose!!!Alex is hard working and honest! He also works quick and explains everything as he’s doing it. I highly recommend him!!!

We feared finding a plumber willing to come out on a Saturday but Valstrong was able to come out qiickly and take care of our leaking waterline and identify an additional problem of a cracked peatrap. Alex, the Owner of Valstrong Plumbing Inc, did a fantastic job replacing my hot water heater! He arrived exactly when he said he would (less than 24 hours after I called him on a Sunday!) He did all the work that needed to be done to remove the old water heater, ran new copper pipe to the new water heater, tested everything, and did a very thorough cleanup after the work was complete. I couldn't have hoped for a better job by a nicer guy! FIVE STARS FOR SURE!

Considering that it was an after-hours service call, the response time was very impressive.
