We were so impressed with the care our two dogs received from Donna. She gave us real peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands while we were away. She left our home clean and tidy just as we left it too. Communication was great, we were sent frequent updates, and it was very clear they were well looked after and happy. We would absolutely recommend Donna and won’t hesitate to have her look after our dogs again!

We couldn’t be happier with the care Posh Paws provided for our boy Normy. Donna and Inoke treated him like family, kept us updated with photos and messages, and made sure he had plenty of walks, playtime, enrichment toys and cuddles.We came home to a very happy, relaxed puppy who clearly felt right at home. Donna went above and beyond to look after our energetic and cheeky one year old poodle. She followed his routine so he felt comfortable and gave him daily enrichment to keep him stress free. She sent regular updates, videos and photos, so I was able to enjoy my first holiday away from him as I knew he was in great hands!

We were honestly very nervous about having someone in our home again after a previous negative experience, so choosing another pet-sitting service was a big step for us. From the very beginning, Posh Paws made us feel completely at ease.The meet and greets beforehand made a huge difference. Donna took the time to really get to know us and our girls, Coco and Billie, which made me feel so much more comfortable leaving them in her care.While we were away, we received so many updates and videos — it truly felt like our puppies were on their own little holiday. At one point I honestly thought they might not even want us to come home!When we returned, the house was spotless. Beds were changed, towels and sheets were washed, and everything was so well looked after. There was even milk in the fridge! Donna even made cookies for the girls and got them some snuffles (which Coco now brings me ever morning to fill!), which was such a thoughtful and special touch.I also gave the wrong date for our return and they stayed the extra night so our girls weren't on their own. Forever gratefulWe are beyond happy with the service from Posh Paws and have already rebooked for March. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our home and our fur babies now. Highly, highly recommend.

Donna, the owner of Posh Paws, stayed in our home to care for our two dogs and was absolutely wonderful. She provided frequent updates and videos through the Time To Pet app, and it was clear our dogs were happy, relaxed, and well cared for while we were away.Donna was extremely professional and left our home exactly as we left it. She goes above and beyond standard pet sitting—she truly engages with and cares for the pets in her care, not just feeding and toileting them.This was the first time I’d left my dogs in two years, and I was very anxious, but Donna’s regular communication completely put my mind at ease. I’m incredibly grateful for the care she provided and wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. Donna came and looked after our two Goldie’s last week. Donna really made sure our dogs feel safe and secure while we were away ensuring they really felt at home with her. She took them on lots of walks, a trip to the coffee shop for a pupichino and gave them lots of cuddles. She was very professional, on time and we returned to a very clean house with happy dogs. We highly recommend using Donna if you are looking for somebody who will really take care of your dogs and spend quality time with them. We will be booking with Donna again in the future!

Donna was very good with our 2 fur babies. Her comminication was on point and always sent videos of our babies and kepy us up to date while away for 3 nights. Will definately use her again as we didnt need to worry when they were in donnas hands 👌
