Advanced Comfort Control recently repaired my air conditioner, they came out the day after I called them. Which was wonderful, diagnosed and came back in a few days and installed a new fan motor. Very professional and I couldn't be happier with the prompt response and repair. They also worked on my furnace last winter and did a great job then too in a timely manner. Advanced Comfort Control in Susanville did a solar panel shade study for us. They were very responsive to my email, promptly came out and did the study, and provided all of the paperwork needed to satisfy our county's building permit process. I would definitely use them again for any future HVAC or solar panel needs.

Had a solar system put in by the team. They did great work, also had a heater installed in our shop. Works fantastic. This company was so helpful. It was freezing and my monitor broke everyone else had a wk wait. These guys were on it within a half hr they were at my place and in another half hr they had my place nice n toasty with heat . They are awesome and good at what they do. Good price house call.. We had a complex air conditioning problem which of course started on a very hot weekend. But they were on it. It took a couple of days to finish but after all that, they were very nice and helpful.

They had a few problems with getting the right parts for the repair. They kept at it until they solved the problem. They never charged for all of the additional times they were here. They were on time and very courteous. I won't hesitate to use them again.

They're honest, they do excellent work, and if you can't pay the full amount they have a company you can go through to finance the cost. They did an excellent job at my place and they were very reasonable in price.

In the original review, I described them as one of the best service companies I have ever dealt with. I continue to have that view. Since installing my system, they have been back periodically to service it, as well as to address a couple of issues that arose with the system. They have been extremely responsive, standing behind their work, and continue to be totally customer-oriented. I take a lot of comfort knowing I can call on them if ever the need arises.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I recently engaged Advanced Comfort Control for a very substantial project at a home in the Sierra Nevada mountains. It involved replacing the propane-based furnace system with a heat pump system for both heating and air; replacing the ducting for the old system; replacing the propane water heater with a heat pump water heater; and a variety of electrical upgrades necessary for the former and for new appliances we planned to install.Their work was superb in every respect. It began with a very thoughtful analysis of my needs, extensive discussion of the alternatives, and a willingness to answer the many questions I had on the details. They then prepared fixed-price proposals that spelled out very clearly the work that would be done. One person at the company then handled the scheduling and management of the project, keeping me informed of what was going to be done by whom and when. I received a weekly email that summarized the work that had been completed that week and what was next on the list. The communication was clear, timely and extremely useful.I have worked with many contractors over the years in a variety of locales in California. I have never seen anyone as competent, well-organized, and communicative as the people I dealt with at Advanced Comfort. Importantly, they were also up to date on the latest technology in all of the areas where I needed help. I recommend them highly and without reservation.
