10/10. I actually don’t know where to start with how much Bec has helped me! I started seeing Bec at Empowering Health when I was about 18 weeks pregnant. Her spinal flow treatments and pregnancy yoga classes with Chloe were fundamental in my physical and mental and emotional health through my pregnancy. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them.My partner and I did Bec’s Empowering Birth course and both loved it. We both came away feeling so much calmer and more confident about the birth. It truely is empowering. I really can’t recommend it enough. Bec is so knowledgeable and shares that knowledge in such an easy and fun and approachable way. Of course no birth goes to plan but the knowledge and understanding we both gained from Bec’s course helped us navigate our experience and stay true to what we wanted and believed despite being thrown some curve balls.I also had a couple of 1:1 sessions with Bec one for pre birth lactation support and one for a post birth debrief. Both of which really valuable.Our daughter is almost 2 and her and I still see Bec regularly for mums and bubs spinal flow. It’s a beautiful way to help keep our nervous systems regulated.I truely can’t recommend Empowering Health enough. Thank you for all you do and all you’ve done for me and my family Bec xx

Bec holds space for however you are on that day, in a supportive uplifting way.Spinal flow has been a journey and continues to facinate me. Recieving spinal flow makes me feel grounded, peaceful and calm. It has supported me in many ways including processing trauma and physical pain.

My daughter had very disrupted sleep since she was 4 months old - waking up 8-12 times every night for 3 years sometimes for hours each wake up. After only two sessions with Bec we’ve consistently had only one very brief wake up with her each night. I honestly never thought this would be possible. I’m excited to see what magic happens for myself through my sessions with Bec! Absolutely mind-blowing

I attended Bec's holistic birthing class with my partner and we both loved it and got so much out of it. He was hesitant going, but then found it really interactive and knowledgeable and realised his role in the birth. It was a very long day, but very worth it. Great to know what the body is naturally designed to do vs all the intervention that's implemented these days. 10/10 recommend Bec, she has a wealth of knowledge and really loves her job and this shows. I've also started seeing her for spinal flow too and have found this very helpful :)

Absolutely amazing service, I accidentally came across it in my first pregnancy while looking for calm birth/ hypnobirthing information and Bec is truly a master. Spinal flow has allowed me to really tap into what my babies and I need (both during and after pregnancy) and helped release the constant fight or flight of modern life.
