The beauty of a pilates reformer is that it controls your own strength at your own pace. It teaches you the correct technique and gives you confidence . My classes at The Club are superb and innovative. It is as if each class is designed for me. My life has changed since joining membership at The Club. The staff are warm and friendly and helpful. Each class sets the tone for me for the rest of the day. My only wish is that I would have discovered the Pilates Studio months before. A big thank you to my teacher for your superb guidance. The Club in Seapoint is an absolute GEM of a place & I am so glad I discovered it through a friend.I’ve been having private classes with Gabby who is such a great instructor - really professional & knowledgable! من أجمل تجاربي في البيلاتس 🤍✨الكوتش ديان وقابريلا جدًا حريصات على تدريبنا بشكل صحيح، ويهتمون بالتفاصيل ويصححون لنا الحركات بطريقة جميلة واحترافية، وهذا الشيء فرق معي كثير.وأحب أشكر كاثلين موظفة الاستقبال، جدًا لطيفة وبشوشة وتستقبلنا بكل حب وروح حلوة 🤍وبالنسبة لي كمحجبة، كنت حريصة إن الكلاسات الجماعية تكون للنساء فقط. من البداية كانوا متفهمين جدًا ومتعاونين معي، وإذا كان فيه رجل حاجز في الكلاس كانوا بكل لطف وتعاون يساعدوني في تغيير الموعد.والحمدلله طوال فترة إقامتي، كل الكلاسات اللي حضرتها كانت نسائية فقط، وهذا الشيء خلاني مرتاحة ومطمئنة جدًا.شكرًا لكم على حسن التعامل والاهتمام والاحترافية، فعلًا تجربة تستحق المدح والتوصية
