My wife and I were so thrilled to have Memento by our side on our wedding day. Super professional but very relaxed, they made us feel comfortable on a day we were a little frazzled by! The boys never got in the way, but jumped in whenever they knew an awesome moment was happening. Neither of us are super confident in front of a camera, but Steven was so helpful and organised a little engagement shoot where we got to meet the photographer for the day and get to know him without any pressure. A small thing, but it meant a lot to us. We got back a sneak peak set of photos within days - and they capture moments neither of us picked up. They were amazing, full of energy and life and fun. Steven was so helpful in the lead up, helping us sort out our timeline for the day. He was amazing, reached out to our message within hours of our email - and told us what would be helpful to make sure we got the photos we wanted, but didn't have to leave the party for hours and hours. As 2 people who don't like to be behind the camera, Steven made the whole process a breeze. From helping organise our timeline, to keeping it all flowing smoothly on the day there wasn't much Steven & Ramone didn't do for us on our big day. They were both so patient with us all on what is usually a stressful day, especially with our ASD 3 year old which I couldn't thank them enough for. My husband and I used memento collective for our wedding a few weeks back and I honestly could not recommend the boys enough! From the moment I enquired Steven especially was helpful and always reaching out with helpful tips or to see if I needed a hand and was super supportive and helpful when it came to designing a run sheet and always had advice. On the day the boys were so relaxed and such a great energy to be around (even when I was having mini meltdowns about the rain haha) the boys were understanding I wasn’t wanting to be out in the rain a lot so they were happy to find alternative ways for photos without any hassle! My husband, myself and bridal/grooms party all felt so comfortable on the day as the boys had great energy and made us all feel relaxed throughout the entire day. The sneak peak photos arrived the next day and my god we are obsessed! They are perfect and the quality is stunning and they are such raw perfect images that make us relive our day everytime we look at them, we cannot wait to get all of the photos back plus a video as we know we are in for a treat!
