My young grandson started karate here just over a year ago when he was 4yrs old. The difference in his confidence, fitness and how he interacts and listens in class is truly lovely. He loves every minute of his classes. Every child should try it!

Something unique about Seven Star is they have a family class!My son first attended a "bring a buddy" lesson and then we signed him up. After a few weeks, I signed up too (more recently my wife signed up as well). Instead of sitting on my phone or just watching, I got to be involved and become more physically active, which my son loved too!It's coming up to 3 years of Karate now, my son is even more confident physically/mentally and I am on my way towards black belt too, not bad for someone in their 40s!It is an incredibly supportive place with excellent instructors, if you are lucky enough to live nearby, give it a try!

My 3 sons have been coming here for 4 years and couldn't recommend it more. They have developed confidence and self discipline which has helped them massively on a day to day basis. Would recommend it to any parent.

My daughter has been going for over 12 months and gets amazing confidence and community spirit which I didn’t expect from a karate class. The flexibility, discipline and respect she’s learning is outstanding. The best part is that we can watch from the side! Fully recommend this class to anyone. Once she’s 7 she’s going to the dragons and we will all be in the same class as a family!

My daughter has been going here for a few months now - slowly but surely her confidence is excelling.The instructors are patient, encouraging, and truly care about the kids’ progress. She’s gained so much confidence, discipline, and focus since starting. The classes are well-structured, fun, and motivating, and it’s amazing to see how much she’s improved each week. Both of my daughters enjoy the classes of 7star martial arts! Although my 5 year old has terrible anxiety of going on the mats, by the end of the sessions she is happy and enjoys it. Thank you

Seven stars Martial Arts & Fitness is fantastic. They were very welcoming and well organised. All the Masters are brilliant with the children. Mr Price is amazing and so patient.You can see everyone is treated as an individual and is given support. Highly recommend and so proud my son is now apart of this club.
