I regrettably bought a Mercedes C320 off these people in January. I'd barely gone 10 miles when the 'check oil' message came. When I told them they simply said "Might need a bit of a top up". No apology or offer to pay for the oil that cost me £17. Drove it home 70 miles and the message came back on. Noticed the car had an oil leak and the next day it struggled to start. Very dismissive towards the situation saying "it was P/X, we didn't make much money on it, what do you want for £2475". Maybe a car that works? "If you don't want it, bring it back". No customer service at all and expected me to drive it back the 70 miles with a severe oil leak and struggling to start. Given how elusive they were I had no faith they'd even be there let alone refund me in full.My mechanic said the oil leak was so bad it would need cleaning and then running to identify where it was coming from. The cause of the poor starting was an undersized battery and he also had to replace a cracked suspension arm.All throughout they just ignored emails and texts, so in order to get any resolution I had to go to through the AA mediation scheme. They offered me a refund but expected me to drive the car back 70 miles plus made no offer of reimbursing me for what I'd paid to put right which meant I'd be giving them a car back that was now better than when I bought it off them. I instead took their paltry 'goodwill gesture' of £200 as I was not willing to use my own fuel and spend the day driving it 70 miles back with a severe oil leak - they should have got the car recovered. Two weeks later they had still not paid it so I had to go back to the AA mediator again to get them to pay it!First and last time I ever buy from a dealer.
