We take our 2 sons here and the classes are amazing. They really know how to make it fun and keep kids engaged. Great teachers, staff, and couldn't be happier with the kids classes.I haven't tried an adult class, nor have I seen one in action, so can't comment on that. Maybe if I get back into it, I'll give it a shot and update my review.

I highly recommend Gracie Barra – Castle Rock. We visited several gyms for our 5-year-old, and Gracie Barra stood out above the rest for the quality of its kids’ program. The coaches break down techniques in ways that are perfectly suited to each age group, and the classes strike the ideal balance between learning and fun.I especially appreciate how attentive the coaches are to the individual needs of every child while still maintaining high standards for the program. Their Junior Coaching Program is another outstanding feature—the junior coaches are incredibly professional, and their presence makes the younger kids feel comfortable while modeling proper technique and behavior in a more relatable, less intimidating way.

Our 9 year old goes here. Top notch programming, and they are phenomenal with all the kiddos! Our boy has gained an incredible amount of self confidence, improved social skills, being a good teammate, and working hard and consistently to achieve rewards. We are SO happy we decided to bring him here!

I've trained at Gracie Barra Centennial for 3 years now and wouldn't be anywhere else. Amazing coaching staff, consistent, organized training curriculum and welcoming community. If you've ever wanted to try Jiu-Jitsu, this is a fantastic place to learn!

Our family has been training at Gracie Barra Centennial for a few years now and we can not say enough good things about this studio. All of the coaches are phenomenal, kind, and skilled at what they do. Our son has gained so much confidence from training at this studio. Although he trained at another gym for over a year prior to our move to GB Centennial he did not truly love the sport or feel confident in it until we joined the GB family.The women’s class on Tuesday nights run by Coach Mariah is one of my personal favorites but there is a class for everyone and most schedules.If you are looking for an inviting studio to learn, train or find a community, this is the place.
