Jhony is a rare breed of contractor who does what he says he’s going to do, does excellent work, is competitive, and most of all- he cares. He and his team completed a herringbone installation throughout a three story row home, with tight spaces and endless cuts. They made it look easy. Jhony also provided a lot of thoughtful insight in laying out multiple bedrooms with straight laid floors and walnut borders, as well as multiple conversations about the finish applied on the floors. He was able to adjust his schedule around my project with multiple mobilizations, including a four-story handrail that came in late.His attention to detail shows. I have managed construction projects for 15 years, commercial and residential, and in a world of disappointing vendors, poor workmanship, and bad communication, Jhony is a breath of fresh air.

One of the best things that he did was encourage us to Install humidity monitors to track the humidity of our home before the job and through the season before we Committed to a specific product. Not only did it help explain why we had some problems with our old floor, but it helped guide which wood for our home. His installation team also has great precision and So many people have commented that they have never seen in such a tight junctures with real wood!
