Steve the sales manager missed my confirmed appointment by over an hour because his alarm didn't go off and he overslept. Attempted to validate credentials through common sales tactics (we've done a bunch of work for your neighbourhood, etc).Follow up after purchase showed none of the diligence to recuperate from this error and had to follow up with other staff from the team (who were more helpful) to get info regarding the order as to accurate timing of delivery.Likely a one time thing, but left an incredible sour taste in my mouth.EDIT: It seems like the team has responded to my review. He arrived at my door 54 minutes late for clarity.I understand that he could have made a quote for me prior to coming, but physical items aren't really something you can decide on until you view them. Why do any shopping in person when you could get quoted everything online?As to whether he responded to all my texts, there's a message at 2:01pm on Friday asking about your drivers ETA left untouched, at which point I called your office.I too felt the rest of your team (Alex, call coordinator) did excellent work with the subsequent work. I'm just saying that a member on your team needs to work on his customer experience portion.

Got a new sliding door with the “pet mesh”, installed a doggy door too but our dog wasn’t sure how to use it.. headbutted the door a few times and it stayed nice and solid! Durable against some scratching too, for the dummy dog that doesn’t know how to use the dog door and paws at the screen from outside.Awesome product thanks guys.

Good selection of products and timely delivery. Steve came to my house to show me product samples and take measurements. New screens and screen door were installed the same week. Very fast and responsive in communications as well. I'm very please with my new screens!

I have to say the screens are amazing! I got the level 3 pet screen and today my dog ran full speed and literally bounced off of it, she's 20lbs and was a shock that she didn't go right through it. No rips/scratches/tears. I highly recommend the level 3 pet screens and this business. Very friendly and amazing customer service.
