We worked with Jinesh for approximately one month designing a custom engagement ring and wedding band. Jinesh and his team exceeded our expectations in all areas and delivered an amazing product in a timely manner!Jinesh's process was very methodical and included an intro call to understand our needs, an in person meeting to show us diamonds, CAD renderings for the designs, and a itemized breakdown of all costs.Jinesh in particular was extremely helpful walking us through all aspects of the design from showing us latest the trends, to teaching us about diamonds, and explaining any tradeoffs when choosing certain materials / styles. On top of this, Jinesh and his team consistently impressed us by how quickly they would respond and incorporate our feedback into the designs.We hope to work with them again!
