No in-person walkthrough, just a vague text quote.On the rescheduled day, the crew arrived with no notice and couldn’t access the back trees without risking damage to my irrigation system. Their only solution involved using a 7,000 lb lift that would likely crush sprinkler lines — and they didn’t have basic tools like a working pole saw. They admitted they couldn’t do the job as quoted.I declined partial service due to the steep revised cost and limited scope. Their machine still left deep ruts in my and my neighbor’s yard and ran over a sprinkler head anyway — exactly what I was trying to avoid. When I contacted the owner and provided details including pictures, Justin, he offered zero apology and dismissed the issues with “all this over a $400 job.”I requested a simple resolution: drop off some topsoil so I could fix the damage myself. He agreed… but never delivered and stopped responding.In the end, I’m left with nothing done, a damaged yard, and a lot of wasted time. Unreliable, poorly equipped, and incredibly unprofessional. I asked from the beginning if they still trimmed trees in my area and if the price would be the same as last year when he trimmed the same trees. He said yes to both questions. He had 2+ weeks before the appointment to cancel and no one forced him to take the job to begin with. He made a commitment and didn't honor it. After other comments he said "our business practices are one of the best in Florida exactly why we are highly rated." They do have some good reviews (a reason I hired them the year before) yet maybe with all the hassle I went through people don't always write reviews. I would expect them to dispute this review yet these are the facts. Well as expected...I as writing another review and just saw the response from this company. No misunderstanding:) It is an attempt at justification to say they were doing me a favor. Never came up. The price was set from the beginning and the location. He changed his mind or someone told him to. I did find someone reliable, honest, and who honors the agreed upon price which I pay without hesitation. He is great. Like I said before.
