Great experience! I had an estimate done on the 23rd of December. Holidays go by and I call them back on the 13th of January and Alex came by the next day and installed it. Crazy snow storm that day too. I actually texted him and told him he could come another day, but he came anyway. I was blown away by the service. Best quote I had by the way. I actually had 4 seasons scheduled in the summer and canceled after a month went by and they never did the install. My air handler was a tight fit in the attic. I had other quotes and they talked about cutting my ceiling open, but Alex got it done without doing any of that. Highly recommend if you need service.

Couldn't be happier with the service and pricing of Nikki's. They replaced our furnace, AC and hot water heater as well as a "surprise" entire ductwork replacement due to the old ducts being rusted completely through. Would recommend them to anyone!
