100x yes!!!! Go!! After a recent back injury I was desperate for relief and I absolutely got it from cryotherapy. The staff is welcoming and incredibly friendly. Facility is very clean and equipment is top notch. Cannot recommend it enough. I can’t wait to go back.

East Coast Cryo is the go to place for all of your recovery needs! They have an infrared sauna, Cryo chamber, fascial stretching and not to mention the owners are amazing well educated individuals! as far as recovery is concerned there is no one else in this area i would recommend other than East Coast Cryo!

I’ve been going to Cryotherapy for the past 10 months can’t say enough about how friendly and professional the owners are. I also would like to acknowledge the staff there as well. Everyone is very friendly and has a smile 😃 on them If you have any issues, they always attempt to get you better. One last comment, the facility is always kept very clean.

I had no idea how much I needed this in my life & now I can not say enough about East Coast Cryo! Very knowledgeable & super friendly staff who get you in right away even if it is last minute. I am a CrossFit Athlete and this has changed the game for me. Makes recovery so much easier, my sleep so much better, and has helped me with any problem/injured areas. If you have ever been intrigued by cyro or have zero idea about it (like I did) you need to try it atleast once- you will be hooked! And they have so much to offer at this location 👏

I use East Coast Cryo Studio to help with my training recovery. As an CrossFit Games Quarter Finals Athlete, finding quick recovery methods is key. This place really stands out! Alyssa and her staff is super knowledgeable and made sure the cryotherapy fits my needs. They offer both whole body or local therapy. The sessions have cut down my recovery time a lot, letting me train more and feel less sore. The place is clean and welcoming, with state of the art equipment. For any athlete wanting to train harder and recover faster, I highly recommend East Coast Cryo Studio.

I can not say enough positive words about East Coast Cryo! I have been doing cryo for a couple of years now and I always feel great after. There has been plenty of times that I am hurt and my first call is Alyssa at East Coast she immediately either gets me in the chamber or hits the effected area with local every time it has cut down my recovery drastically compared to regular icing. Cryo has helped me physically overall but I could not believe how much better I feel mentally when I stay consistent. On top if the incredible services they offer the staff is top notch. Highly educated in their craft and also extremely helpful when it comes to recovery protocols. I recommend East Coast to every one encounter.

I was looking for a cryo studio and a lot of people recommended East Coast Cryo, so I gave it a try. So happy I did, because this place is great. Friendliest staff you will ever meet, great prices, very clean and I always leave there feeling happy.
