I've been having a cracked tooth since May .. scheduled an appointment in June but cancelled because I didn't want any problems for my baby she was born June 15. so time passed after I had her .. still in pain with a whole in my tooth. Beginning of August maybe end of July made an online appointment. They said September first was the first available date. I'm like okay cool. That'll work. Been waiting months. Today is the day. I get up and see I have a missed call from them. I call them back. She said hi we cancelled your appointment today because you never confirmed. I told her if it was through a text message yes I did confirm and I have proof. I had even did the pre paperwork online for my appointment. She said it would be 50$ for missing my appointment. I said for what ??? I never missed my appointment I'm supposed to be going to it at 3. She said she had been calling to confirm my appointment. If I hadn't cancelled why would you call? It doesn't make sense. I work 9pm to 7 am I sleep during the day so of course I didn't get that call. But that shouldn't even matter because I never cancelled. So why in the hell would I have to pay 50$ for an appointment I didn't miss or didn't cancel. I'm honestly so disappointed. This is the only dentist near me that takes my insurance and now I have to look somewhere else after having a painful whole in my tooth.. it's ridiculous.

I seen Dr. Ward he is very very very personable very kind and professional he made me feel very comfortable as if I can move mountains lol I feel very secure on this dental journey and I wish I could have met him YEARS AGO ! Pulled up cause I couldn't eat cookies without pain. They audited ya boy's mouth and identified all the issues and built the strategic program to save me. After a short series of fillings and dental work, Dr. Jordan and the team were able to flawlessly restore and lowkey actually improve ya boy's Godlike dentition.
