After conducting some research, I contacted this company to arrange an inspection for a leak. Adam was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Upon review, they determined the issue was not plumbing-related but instead required a roofer. They did not charge any fees and even took the time to clearly explain the problem and recommend a trusted local roofing company. If I ever require plumbing services in the future (hopefully not), this will be the company I call.

Contacted AJD Plumbing in an emergency to isolate leak on kitchen tap and carry out repair whilst I was away on holiday. Adam attended within a few hours, he was so helpful and communicated throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble. He sent over videos and photos of new taps and repair. So pleased with the work carried out and all at a reasonable cost. I will have no hesitation to contact Adam again for and future plumbing or heating needs.

Fantastic experience throught. Adam was nearby when I called and turned up within an hour to scope the work. He then provided possible options to choose from parts-wise, sourced the parts and was ready to do the work all in less than 3 days. He and Darren arrived exactly within the agreed time frame, and you can tell they know their job and love it. We are very happy with the result - a radiator replaced with a towel rail and a new shower fitted. Would not hesitate to recommend!

If you need a plumber contact this company. I needed a job done before going on holiday beginning of August 2025. I contacted Adam as I could see he had fantastic reviews. Unfortunately he was on holiday so I contacted another company. This other company came out, did a quote but did not get back to me. When I rang he said it was because the receptionist was on holiday. 3 weeks later still nothing but when I called them he did get an estimate of costs! Which now I can see was overpriced!Anyway I contacted Adam again, explained my situation. He asked me to send photos, and he did the job a few days later. This is what I call exceptional customer service! I’ve been looking for a plumber for while and this company is going to be who I use for future jobs moving forward.🙂
