I cannot recommend Golden Connect highly enough. The owners are caring, and their background as nurses are invaluable. April, our caregiver, is a gem and an angel. My 84 year old parents are happier and healthier and I can go to work with peace of mind. This company is head and shoulders above other companies I interviewed.

We are so happy with Golden Connect! After talking with several other agencies, we decided to have Karen and Beryl come to our home to discuss the care of my 92 year old Mom with Alzheimer’s who lives with us. They spent a couple of hours discussing their services and a plan for care going forward. They sent Colleen out to care for my Mom the following week and we couldn’t be happier with her care and kindness. She is also so easy to work with and has a great personality for this type of work. What stands out is her warm, calming presence. She is dependable and attentive and my Mom really enjoys her company. Having someone in our home was an adjustment for us and Colleen made that transition very easy. Having care in your home affects the whole family.We also have Stacie one day a week and she too is very kind and attentive to my mother’s needs. It truly takes a special person to know how to deal with people with Alzheimer's and Stacie is very knowledgeable.We are so pleased with the ability to communicate directly with the owners (Karen and Beryl) to address any questions right away. They are fantastic!We highly recommend Golden Connect!

I highly recommend Golden Connect! My 92-year-old mom had a fall and fractured her pelvis, and we needed caregiving support right away. Beryl called me back immediately, came out for an in-home evaluation, really listened to what we needed, and walked us through the whole process since it was new to us. She matched us with a caregiver who fit our needs perfectly.Our caregiver, Belle, has been amazing. She always shows up on time, jumps right in, and takes such great care of my mom — helping with meals, bathing, light cleaning, laundry, dressing, and keeping her company. My mom genuinely feels very comfortable with Belle and enjoys their time together!We’re so grateful for the care and support they’ve provided during a really stressful time.

Golden Connect is a company started by two nurses and it shows. So much care for their clients. But this review is for one of their caregivers specifically. Her name is Evalina and she is fantastic! I have a caregiver coming twice a week to shower me, shave me, work exercises with me and, if there is any time left (I book ahead for 4 hours) do some house cleaning.The first time any caregiver works with me takes a little longer for the shower prep and actual shower. It’s a process getting me into the shower and clean. Some caregivers want to do things their own way and aren’t great at listening. Not so with Evalina. She listened, asked questions, and followed instructions. Such a difference from most.After the shower she shaved me and worked through the exercises. There was still an hour left for her to sweep floors and do other household work.I appreciate her enthusiasm and work ethic and hope to work with her again!
