We set the appointment and Dan met us there even though I was 15 minutes late. He was still very professional. We were buying a queen size and a king size bed with platforms. He gave us a very large discount since we were buying two beds. I would recommend his business to anybody. . Very happy with my interaction with this company. I didn’t understand by the appointment part of his business for selling mattresses then I discovered that when you set an appointment, you were the only customer for that appointment. There are no interruptions, and you are the most important business of that moment for Mr. Dan.. Again, highly satisfied.

Great service and would recommend. Dan was quick to respond and very courteous. I was indecisive with my selection, but he was very patient, and I didn't feel pressured. He was okay with me asking a lot of questions. I selected my mattress and brought it home the same day. I anticipate I will be happy with my selection. I reached out to Daniel on Messenger and he got back to me within five minutes to arrange everything. With it being a Friday and closer to the end of the business, I thought it would be impossible to get a mattress delivered same day, but Daniel came through. He showed me all the options that were available and let me try the mattress by laying on them. When it was time to take the mattress home, as a courtesy, he delivered the mattress to my house for no extra charge. He even went as far as unwrapping the box and getting rid of all the packaging for me. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I have already recommended him to my mom! Last night, I spent the first night on my brand new mattress and it was perfect! I have no complaints and Daniel is truly the best mattress man in Knoxville.

What a great experience. Dan is knowledgeable and friendly and made it easy to get what I need after back surgery that continued to hurt 2 years later. I knew it was because of my old, lumpy mattress but there was no way I could afford it with only my Social Security income. Dan took his time and described and compared different mattresses. I sat and lay on a few til I found a great one for me at half the retail price. I *never* qualify for any credit but I qualified for this! If I can qualify you can qualify! Dan delivered my new mattress and took away the old. I'm now no longer waking up with agonizing back pain and am thrilled. This was a wonderful experience and highly recommend Dan if you're looking for personal service and a great price on new mattress.
