I had a very bad ear block and ear ache, after a long day of work i went to 2 different clinics and none of the dr gave me an immediate relief, instead gave me a referal letter to hospital due to pus in my ears. I first called Mediklinik Mikhail and ask the staff, staff was very kind and mentioned the dr can help with ear flushing if its possible depending on my ear condition, she told me that i come can now (it was already 9.30pm). I reached the clinic and met with Dr. Fitri, he explained that it was a fungal infection and showed me an image of my ear, he was very gentle to flush out all the thick pus in my ear without any pain and I felt immediate relief. THANK YOU DR.FITRI and all nurses. Best service ever and Mediklinik Mikhail will be my 1st choice moving forward.
