Joining Finish First and Coach Hoy is the best decision we made in my son's athletic career. My only regret is we should have done it 2 years earlier when he entered high school. Coach Hoy knows how to train athletes regardless of skill level...and has worked with every level from professional to wekend warrior...what Coach Hoy is best at is getting the MOST out of that individual on a daily basis when he/she is in his gym. Make no mistakes...you don't work hard, eat right, sleep right....you will not benefit from Coach Hoy. My son will attest that Coach Hoy's workouts and his commitment to your athlete will bring out the best on and off the field/ice/court. I can guarantee...no regrets! Thank you Coach Hoy for all you do for our athletic community!

We’re thankful we found Coach Hoy and Finish First Sports Performance. Our Son has only been working with him for a couple months and we can already see the difference in his thought process when it comes to approaching how he plays. My teen son has been training with Coach Hoy for the past several months and really loves it. He has noticed physical improvements and I’ve noticed a greater willingness to push himself and do hard things. I never have to force my son to go- he is always eager. Coach Hoy’s style is a great fit for my son. Of all the money we shell out for my sons sports, this is one of the most reasonably priced and has the best ROI for sure.

Coaching is excellent. Knowledgeable, planned out, experienced, caring, down to earth no nonsense approach to fitness and health. The perfect facility to put in the work. My son has been going to coach for a couple weeks now. He has gotten stronger, faster and jumps higher in the short amount of time he’s been going. Most importantly, he’s grown in confidence, mental toughness and as a young man. That’s a testament to how coach conducts his training. It transcends just a traditional physical workout. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in growing, improving to attend.
