I returned a U-Haul rental here. Very friendly and accommodating staff, even coming out to meet us when we arrived. Extremely convenient location right off the Lee Highway exit. Very good spacious parking to return the rental.

They rented to be over the 4th of July weekend but unfortunately my unit was missing the most important part which was the pool so is was completely inoperable because we couldn’t keep it inflated! This totally ruined our holiday. I have called over 11X’s & went in person to seek a refund to no avail. I keep getting sent to voicemail and they never call back! $300 down the drain DO NOT RENT from them because if you have an issue they will ignore you and refuse to fix the problem! Trash customer service

Booked a mechanical bull for a sorority event. Delivery & pick-up was super quick. One employee (very patiently) coached me through troubleshooting a technical difficulty over the weekend & everything was pretty straightforward in terms of operating the bull. Also very quick to reply when we had any sort of question. 10/10, would rent from again

Amazing!! I’m so thrilled we chose to use Edgeway Events for our party! All the kids had a fantastic time with the Build-a-Friend rental! We rented an inflatable for a church event. We had them deliver, set up, and take down. It was perfect. Clean and well maintained. Working with the company was a delight, they were super helpful and always courteous. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

This was our first experience with Edgeway Events and I just have to say "Wow"! We had a bit of a communication issue at first due to a technical issue with email but as soon as the owner was made aware of the issue he jumped right in and quickly answered every question and resolved every issue! Our experience with Edgeway was amazing! They will work with you to find what you need and their personal service was amazing! Highly recommend!!

Great customer service. Quick and easy drop off and pick up. They called a day before to confirm a pick up window. When I arrived it was already there waiting on me. Would definitely use them again!
