I recently visited this facility for a micro needling treatment. At first, I didn’t notice anything, but once the procedure started, I realized the provider—who is also the owner of the facility—seemed to be sick. She had noticeable sniffles and a runny nose. This immediately made me uncomfortable, but by that point I was already numb and prepped by the assistant, so stopping the procedure felt impossible.I don’t think this is acceptable, especially for a close-contact treatment. Basic hygiene and infection-control standards should be followed, and despite showing clear signs of being sick, she didn’t even wear a mask. It made the entire experience feel unprofessional and concerning.I wasn’t even planning on writing a review, but waking up sick myself a couple days later pushed me to share my experience.Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. My past visits with Stephanie—who I originally used to see—were completely different in the best way. This visit did not meet the level of professionalism and care I was used to.I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously, as clients deserve a safe, sanitary, and professional environment.UpdateSoon after treatment performed by the owner, Coralie Palek, I was left with lasting texture damage, visible marks, sensitivity, and ongoing skin issues I never had before. After confirming with a dermatologist that these changes were consistent with aggressive treatment, I returned to express my concerns and was met with complete dismissal, zero empathy, and an incredibly nasty attitude. I also requested documentation of the settings used during my procedure and was told those were “her notes” and she did not have to share them because she was “not under HIPAA.” Months later, my skin is still not back to baseline and I am currently working with a dermatologist to try to correct the damage. Aside from the mistake itself, her response and lack of compassion said everything to me. In my opinion, someone with that level of carelessness and disregard for clients should not be performing aggressive treatments on people’s faces. Before and after pictures below and this texture is still present months later. She completely destroyed my skin barrier
