We had a fantastic experience working with Flood Department. We had an overnight plumbing leak that severely damaged a portion of the house. Flood Department was able to come out literally that morning to assess the damage and begin immediate removal of everything that was wet or damaged. It was a big job but their very fast and very competent work prevented this from becoming a horrible mold situation. They were extremely thorough and their follow-up checking of the electrical and structural components ensured that they missed nothing. To a person, everyone there was competent, communicative and very compassionate while helping us through this process. Can't say enough good things about their work, their professionalism and their courtesy.

Had a flooded basement 2 weeks ago. Plumber recommended this company. Brandon came out the same day, told us exactly what needed to be done, and started the process that same day. The next day there was a bigger crew led by Cory to move furniture, remove carpet and walls too. By day 2, they set up lots of fans and dehumidifiers. All this happened 2 days before our vacation. The company was so responsive and trustworthy that we still went on vacation and left them with access to our house. Brandon, Cory or Jackson called us daily to let us know how the basement was responding. We were very impressed with their follow-up. All equipment was gone a week later when the adjuster came. With all the info/pictures they provided our insurance company, the issue was quickly resolved. Can’t say enough about the professionalism of this company. Highly recommend. Nice people too!

This company was excellent when my basement flooded. Very quick response time and Stephanie Locco was so kind and helpful walking me through the process. She really helped calm my anxiety down because it was a stressful experience. Highly recommend this company. I also want to thank Jackson and crew for doing such a good job cleaning and clearing my basement. Top notch experts.

George, Corey, Stephanie, and everyone else I worked with at the Flood Department did an amazing job getting me through my flooded kitchen. They were able to mitigate the damage without having to completely destroy the kitchen. They also worked with my insurance company and make that process relatively painless. I highly recommend the Flood Department for any mitigation or remediation needs.

Flood Dept was called by our plumbers when they found an unexpected leak not related to their work in our basement. Flood Dept materialized out of thin air, I guess, and arrived at the house in no time at all the very same day/moment. Super fast response time. CJ and Frank did an assessment and gave us the rundown of the damage. They were very informative, very professional, and all around top notch. I hope to never talk to these folks again ever (crossing fingers for my house), but by god, if I need water remediation again they will be the first people I call!
