Everyone was super nice and very informational. I was under the impression you had to get these inserts adjusted or fixed every 6 months to a year. That is a thing of the past. This was a in and out process which i do appreciate! Lifetime warranty as well. I have been wearing inserts since i was 11 years old. This is a new era and Fix My Feet are leading the charge.

I met Doug at a street fair and bought inserts for a several year severe pain on plantar fasciitis . After working on my feet all my life I thought I was wearing good shoes for that. Obviously not. Pain got worse after retirement.The inserts helped tremendously but there was still a small issue. Then I saw Doug at another street fair. He changed my insertsfree of charge and I am ecstatically happy to say I am pain free after all these years. Thanks Doug ! I highly recommend his inserts. I had intense foot pain. My regular doctor suggested an x-ray which showed no problems. Next step would be an MRI which would be over $700 out-of-pocket cost with no solution for my pain. The next likely step would be surgery, which would cause me to be off my feet for weeks with no guarantee that it wouldn’t make my pain worse. My naturopathic doctor recommended Fix my Feet. I drove two hours to the St Clair Shores location and didn’t realize I needed an appointment. I called the phone number on the card and Doug met me there within 10 minutes. Great service, very knowledgeable, fast and friendly! I am pain-free with no more useless tests, or surgery. Thank you! 😊
