My last visit involved an emergency due to my losing a crown. I underwent quite extensive oral surgery to remove the remnants of the old tooth and install the support structure for an implant to replace the old crowned tooth. I felt no pain during the procedure whatsoever. And the healing process has been uneventful too. I have bee impressed with the service and expertise of Carriage Family Dental since we moved to them several years ago. Had an appointment within 24 hrs as I was experiencing pain. Assistant helped me fill out the paperwork and only waited a few minutes for X-rays and the Dr. Dr referred me to an orthodontist and assisted in setting up the appointment for the next day. I already left a review regarding the previous ownership of Carriage Family Dental, but I wanted to leave a new one regarding the current ownership and staff. I am someone who is super hesitant about new people messing around in my mouth, it's amazing what one bad experience can do. With the new ownership, even though I've had nothing but amazing experiences there I still found myself a bit hesitant going into the appointment. It's new people, will they be as aware, will I receive the same treatment, all the thoughts and feelings going through my head and let me tell you, if you are someone who gets scared and nervous, this is still a place you want to go. Ralph and Julia are some of the kindest people ever. Ralph worked on five out of seven members of my family and Julia worked on one of the kiddos. They make it super easy to communicate with them, along with Dr. Akam! Ralph is also the first person in my entire life who didn't gag me when he took an x-ray, so bonus points to him! Seriously though, between these people and the warm welcome that Rachel and Dana at reception provide. I loved the Great lobby music. They played harry styles and I'm in love with him.
