In 2023, I completed the Level 1 Extended Disc training with Talent Insight Solutions. In 2024, I returned to complete the Level 2 Extended Disc training.Kylie, who facilitated both courses, was excellent. Her style was professional and relaxed enabling everyone to grasp the concepts easily and completely. She has an enormous amount of knowledge in Extended Disc profiling and was able to explain the concepts and requirements simply and clearly.Any questions we had were answered with lots of value added to the information already provided in the course material.I still work with Kylie and Anna today and they both continue to make themselves available for any of my ongoing questions of which there have been many. I am grateful for the help they both provide. I learnt a lot each time aI talk to them .Thanks ladies, I appreciate all the support you have given me and would recommend your training to anyone who is considering it.

Anna facilitated the completion of DISC profiles for the whole Mariart team and with the help of her colleagues gave us each an insight into the results.She then followed this up with a half day team workshop to look at our collective DISC profiles and how we can use this knowledge to improve both our relationships with each other and with our clients.It was a fantastic morning and we all came away with a new found respect for each other and some goals to work towards to improve our daily communication.
