Richie Brown and his crew have done approximately 5-6 roofs for my family over the years and each one has been top notch. Richie came out to inspect the roof on a home we were under contract to buy. He found a lot of storm damage and offered to help the home owner go through the insurance claim process so she wouldn’t have to pay to replace the roof. Ultimately, the home owner refused to file a claim and we had to walk away from the home, but at least we have Richie as a contact. He was timely and attentive to getting everything together during our due diligence period laid out in the contract.

I had faulty Atlas Shingles & I found Mr. Brown’s company on the Internet. Understandably I was quite reluctant to trust him. But he gave me everything I asked for including references. I called each customer. To my surprise they all had similar concerns initially. But they all gave him a very good recommendation. I trusted him & he & his crew were fantastic! I even referred him to 3 family members. They too had nothing but praise for his work. He’s been back for a couple of extra checkups & never accepted a dime for his trouble. I highly recommend him. Brown Rooftops is EXCELLENT!! We discovered a leak in our roof on a Sunday morning when it was raining pretty profusely. I immediately began looking through websites and landed on the Brown Rooftops website. After reading the reviews, I soon found out that they are very true! I called and spoke with Richie and he reassured me that he can make immediate time if I needed him to. Due to the small caliber of the leak I made an appointment for the very next day. Richie showed up bright and early and began investigating the leak. Within minutes he found the problem and began repair. I was ecstatic to find out how minor it was and was able to avoid making an insurance claim. We experienced damage from Tropical Storm Irma and Richie and his crew came ASAP to get tarps up for us until the insurance company could come out and inspect. Once it was time for the actual roof replacement they were awesome! Everything was done in time and Richie and crew were great the whole time. Working with Richie was a true joy. I very quickly found out that each of his crews treated my house as if it were theirs. Richie replaced my roof, my gutters, and had to paint my ceiling from some water stains. His crews were thorough, polite, and left my home beautiful and very clean. I had expected to find a lot of roofing nails, but honestly, I have not found any nails on the ground. Richie, thanks so much for all of your help with the installation of our new roof. Our daughter, who's getting married in our backyard, came home this weekend and couldn't believe what a difference it makes. We've never had ridge vents all the way across. Attic space feels like 1000 degrees every summer. This will make a huge difference there as well. From the back it looks even better. The chimney was never flashed correctly and you took care of it. Everything completed in 2 days! Clean up day one and day two, never left any mess. Highly recommend Brown Rooftops.

I think Richie actually absorbed some cost to make it so. 5 Stars for Brown Rooftops. We had a small limb punch through our roof which lead to the ceiling leaking in the kitchen, water was everywhere ! Brown Rooftops arrived FAST and removed the limb, tarped the roof and cleaned up the Kitchen. They took all the pictures and handled all the documentation as well as dealt directly with my Insurance Company. I had a roof leak which was over my fireplace . I called Brown Rooftops and this was during the holidays with all the rain. Brown Rooftops came out just as we got a break in the rain and inspected the area of the leak. Photos were taken to explain to me what was going on with that area of my house. Brown Rooftops put on a Green roof on my white house with green shutters and it became one of the best looking houses in the neighborhood.They also repaired the front porch railing and painted the trim with no problem. Company was fast and professional. Worked very hard! We were not disappointed.
