Richie Brown and his crew have done approximately 5-6 roofs for my family over the years and each one has been top notch. I recently called on them last minute to replace an entire roof on a property under contract. Even with a tight deadline, they made it happen and the roof looks better than new. Richie came out to inspect the roof on a home we were under contract to buy. He found a lot of storm damage and offered to help the home owner go through the insurance claim process so she wouldn’t have to pay to replace the roof. Ultimately, the home owner refused to file a claim and we had to walk away from the home, but at least we have Richie as a contact. He was timely and attentive to getting everything together during our due diligence period laid out in the contract.

I had faulty Atlas Shingles & I found Mr. Brown’s company on the Internet. Understandably I was quite reluctant to trust him. But he gave me everything I asked for including references. I called each customer. To my surprise they all had similar concerns initially. But they all gave him a very good recommendation. I trusted him & he & his crew were fantastic! I even referred him to 3 family members. They too had nothing but praise for his work. He’s been back for a couple of extra checkups & never accepted a dime for his trouble. I highly recommend him. What a pleasure to do business with people that keep their word!

Brown Rooftops is EXCELLENT!! We discovered a leak in our roof on a Sunday morning when it was raining pretty profusely. I immediately began looking through websites and landed on the Brown Rooftops website. After reading the reviews, I soon found out that they are very true! I called and spoke with Richie and he reassured me that he can make immediate time if I needed him to. Due to the small caliber of the leak I made an appointment for the very next day. Richie showed up bright and early and began investigating the leak. Within minutes he found the problem and began repair. I was ecstatic to find out how minor it was and was able to avoid making an insurance claim. I HIGHLY recommend their services and I WILL be telling friends and family of the kind hearted customer service that Brown Rooftops provided us with! Thanks again guys!
