They were professional and showed great integrity from start to finish.I did have to call Randy back about an issue 3 years after my project was finished Randy not only remembered me ,he resolved it quickly and without hesitation. We had an absolute incredible experience dealing with, Infinity Gutters and Exteriors.Our home needed a 20 foot downspout replaced. Numerous companies were reluctant to do the work including a roofing company that just did a repair at our home last week. For many companies, the job was too small and not worth their effort.I had emailed Infinity Gutters and Exteriors this past Thursday, requesting a quote. Within 5 minutes the owner of the company named Randy, had called me and requested pictures of our damaged downspout.Within minutes, Randy got back to me with a price that we both agreed to.That same afternoon he had sent members of his team to our home to do an exact colour match of our damaged downspout.Randy also promised to have the job complete by the end of the day Friday. We were not home at the time of the repair. When the work was done, we received a text with pictures of the completed work.Randy also followed up on Saturday to see if we were satisfied with the work completed.... incredible customer service!!Randy and his company went over and beyond to do this work that many others would not take on.The professionalism and customer service was next level!Thanks again Randy!You and your company are 5++++

Had them quote a small repair, acted like 14 guys had to be paid from a 1/2person job when they should be making money on other jobs not doubling up on employee wages - most homeowners want 8pcs of siding and a downspout reattached for $100, i said $300-$400 was fair. They quoted $925+hst when a standard minimum to come out should be around $300-$400 for this type of work.

These guys are the absolute best now I see why they are 5 stars.They did my roof and siding on my Hamilton home and I couldn’t be happier with them all around. From Randy straight from the beginning is a good dude who I knew I could trust to get me through the process seamlessly which he did. Too the crew of guys he had at my house they were all fantastic and wouldn’t have preferred anyone else at my house. The quality of work they produced on my house was absolutely phenomenal, these guys definitely take pride in what they do. Left the place cleaner than when they showed up I will be telling all my friends and family about them don’t hesitate these guys are who you should be calling if quality is what your after.
