Oh my goodness! I was so pleased. I had been pleading with my husband to update our will (it was from out of state and beneficiaries did not include our youngest child because the will was made before she was born). My husband resisted because he was "sure" a lawyer would insist we needed a trust and try to pack on other things just to increase payment due.
