Dommerich Hills Sewer ConnectionWe had to go off Septic and connect to Sewer as part of the expansion of the Maitland Central Sewer System. Luckily for us, a neighbor recommended The Drain Daddy. When we called the office, Brya answered. What a great first impression! She was sweet and kind and answered our preliminary questions. She then set up a meeting for us to discuss our project with the owner, Bradley MacWithey. During this meeting, I knew Brad was ‘our guy’. He checked all our boxes - Experienced, Hard-working, Honest and driven to deliver Quality. He addressed all our questions and delivered a fair quote. We felt very confident our project would be done RIGHT. After receiving permit approvals from the city, he began our project and finished on schedule. And we couldn’t be happier. Brad and his team (Mathew and Jeremy) worked together flawlessly to complete our project. We could tell they all trusted and respected each other. They all worked very hard and took pride in doing GREAT work while being very respectful of our home and lawn. Each evening, they ensured that our property was left both clean and safe.We are thrilled with the way this project turned out. They came out same day and worked for a long time to unclog a drain on a home we just bought. They also came back another day to do some further digging to work out what the actual issue was, since the the clog took to long to fix. I would definately recommend them.
