I recently had some composite bonding and contouring done with Lily and I honestly couldn’t recommend her more!I originally went in thinking I’d need quite a few of my front teeth done, but Lily was so honest and reassuring from the start. She said my teeth were already in good shape and didn’t need that much work, so suggested a much more minimal approach, which I really appreciated! It felt like she genuinely cared about doing what was right, not just doing more for the sake of it 😊She was so patient and thorough, really listening to the tiny tweaks I had in mind, taking the time to talk everything through, showing me options and making sure I felt completely happy. She’s a real perfectionist (in the best way!).I’m so happy with the results, they look really natural and still feel like my own teeth, just better!She’s also just the most lovely person and made the whole experience feel so relaxed and dare I say enjoyable (which isn’t something I would usually associate with going to the dentist!)I would 100% recommend Lily (and the clinic as a whole) to anyone 😊

I'm very happy with the treatment I received at TDWC.Rachel, on reception is so cheery and welcoming, which gives a very relaxing start to your appointment.All the staff from dental nurses through to Laurie have been so friendly and totally put you at ease, everything is fully explained and I was talked through, exactly what was happening during each procedure, frequently asked if I needed a break.The TV on the ceiling takes your mind off things too.The equipment is state of the art, giving images of all that's happening in your mouth and the rooms are light and warm.I don't imagine many people like going to the dentist, but this is far and away the best experience I've had.

Been looking to find a new dentist and start my Invisalign journey, I’ve had many different consultations but I took the decision to try somewhere a bit further for the right dentist. When I entered it was like no other dentist I’ve been to, it’s a very warm and homely feel, receptionists are so accommodating, kind and offered a drink on arrival. When I got called to see the dentist I was took upstairs to the clinical rooms which was a lovely calm space, I was introduced to Dr Lily who was taking my consultation. Wow she is the most genuine, most kind dentist I’ve ever met, all my worries about coming to the dentist was wiped away, She was so complementary about my teeth and made me feel so amazing about myself, the confidence she gives I knew straight away I made the right decision to come here. When you’re led down there is a tv on the ceiling so I was distracted whilst my teeth were being examined, I felt very at ease. I am very excited to return. All the team look amazing and are very kind.

Excellent work from my hygienist who was very thorough especially as I’m a patient Who absolutely dreads going to the dentist. I can absolutely recommend my hygienist who was excellent . My teeth felt so clean after a deep cleaning without any pain or discomfort whatsoever. This is the first time I can say I went away feeling delighted with my teeth and the service was superb I will definitely be going back without any concerns 10 out of 10.thank you so much for helping me overcome my anxiety and your support in my journey having healthy teeth. As I travel a reasonable distance for my treatment I had quite a bit of work done,I was almost three hours having treatment and was a little apprehensive. However I was put completely at ease and the professional and friendly people in the practice has ment I now no longer have any anxiety about dental treatment, I would recommend this practice to anyone, also I got to watch a great Netflix film .

Absoloutely fantastic experience at Thornbury Dental Wellness & Implant Centre. All the members of staff are beyond friendly, calming and reassuring. I had my check up with Esme which was seamless from start to finish & then had my hygienist appointment with Patrycja which was done perfectly. The clinic is beautifully done & all technology is modern - combined with the level of expertise from the practitioners, definetly one of the best practices I have been to! Thanks again.
