When this was brought to our server's attention, there was no attempt to clarify, offer an alternative, or provide any solution. Even a simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way.Another point worth mentioning is the handling of tips. While tipping is appreciated when service meets expectations, making it feel mandatory or directly asking customers for a tip can come across as impolite and uncomfortable.
